"Not all readers are leaders, but all leaders are readers," said President Harry S. Truman. Readers are learners who learn from the experiences of others through the pages of a book. 
This winter local leaders are sharing their top 5 reading recommendations with the Cloquet community as part of the Cloquet Public Library's Winter Reading Program. 
The Winter Reading Program is for people of all ages, babies to senior citizens. The program will run from January 7 to March 2, 2019. Winter Reading Program participants will have the chance to win prizes such as books and gift cards.
