Community Passes

The Cloquet Public Library, in partnership with local organizations, is excited to offer free passes to all cardholders of Carlton County residents with an account in good standing.

Great Lakes Aquarium

 

The Aquarium features animals and habitats found within the Great Lakes Basin, as well as animals from other freshwater ecosystems such as the Amazon River. It also features global galleries designed to interpret marine (saltwater) animals and habitats. The Aquarium is home to North America’s largest sturgeon touchpool and several marine touchpools.

 

HOW THIS PASS WORKS:

  • Available for Carlton County residents

  • First come, first served

  • Valid for 7 days

  • Admits up to 5 guests

  • Multiple visits allowed

  • Does not cover parking fees

  • Available year-round

Minnesota State Parks

Are you ready to explore? Minnesota state parks and trails are waiting. Go camping, take a nature hike, pack a picnic; your adventure awaits. Plan your trip on the Minnesota State Parks and Recreation Areas website at dnr.state.mn.us.

HOW THIS PASS WORKS:

  • First come, first served

  • Valid for 7 days

  • Admits 1 vehicle

  • Multiple visits allowed

  • Access all Minnesota state parks and recreation areas

  • Does not cover camping fees

  • Available year-round
