When you arrive, you will find the main entrance clearly marked with accessible parking nearby. 

Staff at the front desk are happy to assist with directions, retrieving materials, or using library technology.​​

• Sidewalks leading to the entrance include curb cuts.

• A drop-off area is located near the front doors.

• The main entrance is step-free.

• Doors are automatic.

• Staff are available to assist if you need help entering.

Inside the Library

​

• The library is all on one level.

• Aisles between shelves are designed to allow wheelchair access.

• Seating options include chairs with and without armrests.

• Quiet spaces and study rooms are available.

Restrooms

• Accessible restrooms are available within the library.

• Restrooms include grab bars and space for wheelchair turning.

• All restrooms are gender-neutral and have a baby changing station.

Programs & Services

• Assistance in retrieving materials is available - please ask!

• Mail-A-Book services are available to rural residents who live in a city without a public library and homebound residents through the Arrowhead Library System.

• The Minnesota Braille and Talking Book Library (MBTBL) provides direct library service to Minnesota residents with print disabilities.
